Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, TravelPetsHub is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.

Lost or Stolen Packages

TravelPetsHub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers should contact the carrier directly for assistance in such cases.

However, our support team will do its best to help investigate shipping issues.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments depending on product availability and warehouse locations.

Customs & Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
